Stainless steel primary heat exchanger ¿ direct fired without the ceramic pre-combustion changer used in most other oil furnaces eliminates the maintenance associated with the ceramic chamber and allows every furnace to be 100% fire-tested at the factory. A ceramic pre-chambered furnace cannot be tested this way at the factory.
