Separate heating and cooling set points with auto-changeover capability. Up to 3 occupied time periods for scheduling of heating and cooling set points with 3 different day schedules - Monday through Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Energy-saving Smart Fan operates the fan continously during occupied periods and only when heating/cooling is enabled during unoccupied periods. Large Thermoglow display showing room temperature and adjustable dual temperature set points makes vital information easy to read. Thermostat can be programmed and configured for use with many different applications including single-stage heating and cooling, 2 stages of heating and cooling, heat pumps, gas or electric heating, and hydronic systems. Reliability for year-round comfort One degree control accuracy precisely controls the desired space temperature to within 1 degree of user set point. The thermostat uses a solid-state, laser-trimmed sensor. NEVERLOST memory protection eliminates the need to reconfigure the thermostat after power outages. Comfort configuration will remain intact indefinitely. No batteries required. Auto-changeover with adjustable dead band enables the user to choose separate heating and cooling set points (35 F to 99 F). This feature changes the equipment's mode of operation based on controlled area demand. To avoid short cycling and protect equipment, an adjustable dead band can be configured to user's specifications (from 1° to 6 F) and in cycles per hour (2 to 6). Safety features for additional security and protection ExactFit locking cover is virtually undetectable to provide greater security. Comes with slotted screws or tamper-proof (keyed) screws. Five-minute compressor time guard protects HVAC equipment by preventing compressor short cycling and limiting the number of cycles per hour with and adjustable cycle limit.
