Ideal for installation in motels, apartments, and other multi-room buildings, 42 series fan coils combine heating and cooling performance with easy, low-cost installation. The 42D units are designed for medium static, ducted applications, using furred-in, horizontal and vertical models, or exposed ceiling painted cabinet models. Optional decorative colors allow the unit to blend with any interior design.

- ½ in. copper tubes with aluminum fins mechanically bonded to tube joints
- Suitable for design working pressures of 250 psig at 220 F
- Burst tested with air at 350 psig while submerged in water
- Copper tubes comply with ASTM B-75
- Heavy-duty sleeve type motor bearings, with oversize oil reservoirs
- All equipment wiring complies with NEC requirements
- Base units are ETL certified for USA and Canada standards
- Unit casing meets UL 181 and NFPA 90A standards
