E20-II HVAC Design Software is available on a license basis. There is a first year license fee and then renewal fees in subsequent years to keep the license active. Payment of the license fees entitles the licensee to use the software, to receive regular program updates and to receive technical support from our staff of HVAC engineers.
If you are located in the US or Canada, please use the following steps to license E20-II software:
- Complete the license agreement form, indicating the programs you wish to license. Then sign the form at the bottom.
- If you wish to pay with Mastercard or Visa, e-mail the completed license to software.systems@carrier.utc.com or FAX to 860-622-6198. In the e-mail or cover sheet please indicate the name and phone number of the person we should call to arrange Mastercard or Visa payment.
- If you wish to pay by check, please send the completed license form and payment to the address shown on the license form.
If you are located outside the US and Canada, please contact your local Carrier sales office for licensing information.
