	Carrier Rooftops Mobile App

Carrier, the world’s leader in high technology heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions, introduces Carrier® Rooftops, a new mobile app developed to assist customers with the selection of light commercial rooftop equipment. The app is the first if its kind in the commercial heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) industry.

Carrier created the Carrier Rooftops app to enable customers to perform on-the-spot selection of rooftop units for replacement or new construction and estimate the potential energy savings that can be realized with Carrier® Weather Series rooftop units.

Features

Select units by efficiency, models number, ton size or cfm
Obtain cooling and heating performance data
Obtain physical size, weight and base electrical data
For replacement, the app will allow you to enter a host of older rooftop base models (Carrier’s or other brands) and then advise if a direct replacement can occur or if an adapter curb is required
If an adapter curb is required, it will advise you if an appropriate model number
When you have selected the unit of your choice you have an option to hit the ‘contact local distributor’ button to check stock or to get more information
Available for iPad (iOS 4.0 or later), iPhone 4 and 4S, and Android
