eDesign Suite Application Help eMail SignUp Form
Licensed eDesign Suite Users in the U.S. and Canada can use this form to provide a primary contact email address, and to sign up for the eDesign Application Help emails.

You can sign up 1 primary contact, and up to 5 additional contacts using this form. (Please submit multiple times if you have more than 5 names.) Your primary contact should match our records - if not, we will contact you to confirm any changes.

Please be sure to include your eDesign Customer ID - we'll need this to verify your license. If you're not sure of your Customer ID, you can check a recent invoice or renewal form, or the eHelp announcement letter which was recently sent to licensed eDesign customers. If you still can't find your Customer ID, please contact our support desk at software.systems@carrier.utc.com or (800) 253-1794.

If you license eDesign outside of the U.S. or Canada, please contact your local sales office for information on eHelp distribution.
