E20-II Application Help eMail SignUp Form

Licensed E20-II Users in the U.S. and Canada can use this form to provide a primary contact email address, and to sign up for the E20-II Application Help emails.
You can sign up 1 primary contact, and up to 5 additional contacts using this form. (Please submit multiple times if you have more than 5 names.) Your primary contact should match our records - if not, we will contact you to confirm any changes.
Please be sure to include your E20-II Customer ID - we'll need this to verify your license. If you're not sure of your Customer ID, you can check a recent invoice or renewal form, or the eHelp announcement letter which was recently sent to licensed E20-II customers. If you still can't find your Customer ID, please call our support line at (800) 253-1794.
If you license E20-II outside of the U.S. or Canada, please contact your local sales office for information on eHelp distribution.
