UV-C Germicidal Lamps

Carrier’s germicidal lamps are intended to be installed inside the evaporator section of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) unit to abate odor causing fungus and mold that may grow on wet evaporator coils and condensate pans. The lamps are specifically designed to operate at 40-45º F in high humidity conditions in a rapidly moving air stream where they produce maximum output. Air Cleaners

Air cleaners remove particulate matter from the air steam entering the occupied spaces of a building. Carrier offers five models including electronic and mechanical air cleaners for use with residential fan coils and furnaces.

Humidifiers

Humidifiers condition the air entering the occupied spaces of a building to ensure proper humidity levels, typically in winter months. Carrier offers four models including large- and small-bypass or fan powered.

UV-C Germicidal Lamps

High output ultraviolet (UV-C) energy from a UV-C lamp attacks targeted fungus, mold, bacteria or virus at the cellular level and prevents replication. Carrier’s UV-C germicidal lamps for fan coils and furnaces provide improved bio-film source control for air that will enter occupied building spaces.
